I went to this service center to get a short term handicapped certificate. After 1 1/2 hour wait, the person who waited on me was extremely rude. She did not explain what was happening, and seemed to enjoy my discomfort. I'll never go there again.

Terrible customer service and overall experience. They sent me through the service desk to ensure I had all the correct paperwork / data but then after waiting almost 2 hours I find that I’m missing a tax ID number for my lease. I got it via phone in 5 min but instead of letting me right back in line they told me to come back another day. I stuck around and met with a different rep where I found I had filled out the wrong paperwork entirely that no one else had caught? Such a waste of time and complex process. They May (service rep) was not empathetic or helpful.

I arrived 2 1/2 hours before they closed (thinking this was plenty of time!) and was told they were not giving out any more tickets and no one else could be served or helped that day since they were already too busy. You would think that arriving 2 1/2 hours early would allow enough time to be helped, but apparently not! So that was very frustrating.
I left and then came back the next day they were open, right away in the morning and while waiting in line, I saw most of the workers just standing around, small-talking with other co-workers instead of helping customers. None of the employees had any sense of urgency to try and assist customers in a timely fashion. Very frustrating!

I went to this Service Center in order to have a simple name change done on my vehicle title. I needed to update the last name to my married name. That's all. I waited around 15-20 minutes for my number to be called, so far so good. But when I get to the desk, they're unable to process this change even though it's one of the services they are supposed to be able to do.
I stood at the counter for over half an hour while an employee tried to figure out how to do this task. She required the assistance of no less than 4 other employees. During the entire time this was taking place she wasn't communicative with me at all about what was going on. Finally, when it appeared she was wrapping up I asked her to tell me what was going on and she told me they were having a "problem with their system" and as a result the name field wasn't available and she couldn't make the change.
This was disappointing but I understand. Technology can be problematic. Surely they have a contingency, some manual backup so that they can still perform the services they claim they perform. Nope. The ONLY option that was available to me was to come back at some point in the future to try again. The natural next question is "when will this be fixed?" Her answer? She doesn't know. There's no way to know. I should try back in maybe 2 weeks.
Okay, next natural question: "Can I call and find out if this is fixed before I drive out here?" (20-30 minutes each way.) Her answer? No. That's not information they can give out over the phone. So the result of the 1.75 hours I spent today trying to update my last name on my car title was I would have to do this all again at some point in the future and hope for a different outcome. Isn't that the definition of insanity?

INCREDIBLE service. My fiancee and I were in and out in 15 minutes looking to change our addresses on our drivers licenses. Quick and cordial service, go when it isn't very busy! Ideally within the first hour that they're open; you'll get quick service!

Horrible customer service. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment. Super rude people work here. I will never ever come to this location again. They need to fire everyone and start again.

Like many others have said, this location is slow and time consuming with employees of limited knowledge. Of all the times I've been there to renew my tabs it's taken an average of 90 minutes or more. With as large as the location is and with how many worker ports they have, you'd think they'd actually be efficient. Nope, not these guys.
Livin' The Dream
Got there to do my business. The rep greeted me with a nasty attitude and scolded me about having too much paperwork for a tab registration. When I was told I needed consent from owner to be able to grab the tab. Total was $51 (paid with a 50 and 10) and he handed back the usual tabs and paper. The only thing he said was, "OK" as to mean we're done. I left only to realize 1 hour later that I never got my change from him. I called and the operator told me he'll transfer me to an agent. Only to be transfer to a recorded message that they can't help me at the time. The rep was named Aaman. I think he pocketed my $9.
