In general, the staff and service at this Jiffy Lube has been very good. I have a 2022 vehicle that uses a synthetic oil which they have been changing since I purchased the car. Over half the time they are out of the oil, which means I cannot get top offs between my oil changes. And there has been multiple times when they have not had the oil and it was time for oil change. They have not been proactive in making sure this oil is stocked. A few days ago it was after my oil change was due. I have been coming before it was due, and they did not have the oil and they did not get it . Miguel, was very unsympathetic and even inferred that the problem was that the car was made. , Without having a proper kind of oil. He did not offer me any useable solution nor any sympathy. I told him I did not blame him, but he lacked any compassion for my situation though I’ve been with them for almost 2 decades.

After I thought for a minute, I went about three blocks down the street and went to an auto parts store bought the oil myself and a cheaper price and came back and got my oil changed. During which time all TV the rest of the staff treated me very well.

But needs to stock oil for the regular customers

And get poor Miguel a class on being diplomatic and understanding with customers

My first time attending a Jiffy Lube and I am so pleased. I had a short wait and when my car was completed they washed my windshield and vacuumed my floors. I highly recommend.

Great service! The service person whom I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything to me clearly, answered my questions very politely and respectfully. I plan on going back to this location again, for sure!

I give this place 5 stars!! I went in on a hot Saturday afternoon for a conventional oil change on my 2012 Ford Mustang and the service was extremely quick (took less than 10 minutes), professional, and helpful! I waited in the cool lounge and used a coupon for $20 off. They provided Netflix on the TV and a coffee station while I waited inside. My car was extremely dirty when I drove in but driving out, I had realized that they wiped down my windows and mirrors!! I was amazed by the service I was provided with! Thank you and stay cool!!

My 16 year old came here while he was with his dad to get an oil change. And this place took advantage of my kid. This place charged him $81 for 15 minutes of labor. Now that’s ridiculous! His parts were only $44 . I wouldn’t recommend this place EVER and I will be calling their corporate because I’ve never paid this much for an oil change for my 2005 Jetta.

The guys at Jiffy Lube in Norco are hard-working and will get the job done! Shout out to Jacob, Alvaro, George, Miguel, and Cody. These guys were friendly, professional, and took care of my car's needs quickly and with a smile. It was almost closing time on Saturday, but these guys gave me their attention. I walked away knowing that they really care about their customers and, for that, I will be back for my next oil change. Good job crew at Norco Jiffy Lube!
