My husband and I love Ben’s Fast Food. The roast chicken is to die for. We’ve ordered it like 5 or 6 times, and it stays delicious! Big fan, definitely give it a try when you’re looking for healthy options.

lol I think I had the same experience as most. It was honestly weird, but food was good (I was pretty hungry).. I looked for a place called Ben’s Fast Food and saw a little tiny sign on a window behind a guy posted up. To get here, I had to go down a long dark road and it was all the way in the back lmbo what an experience. The huge sign says RUFF FOOD PICK UP so please keep that in mind. I’m not completely bilingual yet so that was a challenge because I didn’t know what to do until the 3rd guy who understood me and spoke English told me to use the order taker machine thing. He was super friendly though. Minus 1 star because in no way could I substitute the cauliflower and that would’ve been awesome but it’s a veggie nonetheless no big deal at all…

Second time here - had to be sure. Wow. I love this food. And its fantastic the next day. Very impressed. I'll be a regular - thank you for all that you do and for being open a little later to offer a healthy alternative to the usual corporate fast food places. Great vegan options, another hard to find specialty - thank you.

This place is highly rated and it’s well deserved! I found them while scrolling through DoorDash. I didn’t have that high of hopes, after all, their prices are dirt cheap for health food in the Bay Area. When the food arrived I was shocked. The box that the food comes in said “thank you Mandi”. Very cute touch.

The food was INCREDIBLE! Most of the healthier options I’ve ordered from local restaurants are pretty bland. This has a lot of flavor and this is the only place that’s ever prepared broccoli in a way that I was happy to eat it.

The place was so good I ordered it two nights in a row. And honestly just became my new go-to spot.

Ordering is done on a kiosk and food gets delivered via locker that you unlock with your phone. Cool concept that saves both consumer's and business's money at the expense of sit down service but I don't mind.

Food was overall decent as it's a health food and you get a solid amount for what you pay for.

This is not an actual Ben’s Fast Food location. It is a hub spot for various restaurants that can be ordered and picked up here.

Some important information to know before selecting to order from this specific Ben’s:

When you walk in there are 3 kiosks to input your order. The kiosks are only in Spanish so if you’re like me who doesn’t speak Spanish, you’ll need to make an online order at “ruff”. Additionally, the food is placed into lockers and when your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification to come pick it up.

This location had a lot of rules about not leaving children there as if it’s a daycare, no special assistance or “hookups” for those coming in frequently. It’s honestly a little low-class and shows the kind of people who frequent there.

I’d say you’re better off going to another Ben’s that’s actually a store front restaurant because Ben’s Fast Food is great quality, plant based & vegan. The food is delicious!

Yooo BFF is legit. I couldn't believe how good, healthy, and affordable this place is. The food came super fast. It felt like I was eating at a restaurant...The chicken literally tasted so flavorful and the rice/veggie mixture blended so well. The pickled red onions made the whole thing for me. Refreshing crunch but not overall tangy. Balanced the savory slow roasted chicken real well. The green smoothie hit different. I'm astounded there's no added sugar and the pineapple flavor mixed really well with true spinach. Finished it literally before I started eating bc it was so good. And the packaging was on point! The BFF stamped bag looked legit and definitely felt like a valued customer. I'll be ordering again for sure
