10/10 recommend coming here Everything is absolutely FRESH the garlic sauce is delicious and not to garlicky or atleast not a raw garlic taste. The most important thing for me though Iis that we did get rear ended down the street and decided to stop and get a bite to eat to gather our thoughts after our car was towed. It was 10:30 am and we didn't even notice they weren't open but the door was unlocked we walked in and long story short they treated us so well that we will now be regulars at this location. Thank you so much to the guy with the glasses all tatted up. We appreciate you and your recommendations

Wow! The moment I walked in, all staff was attentive, had a smile and welcomed me. They asked me if I have ever been in. They offered me a couple of bites to taste their menu, as well as made some recommendations. The food is full of flavor and scored high in my nutrition app. I wish this restaurant was in Walnut Creek. This is how you run a business. Thank you!

One of my fav places in this Plaza. The food is always amaze and the hospitality of all the workers are what keep me coming back. The portions are great and everything I have tried hasn't disappointed. The owner is such a sweet man and engages with his customers and you can tell he genuinely loves what he's created. I'm so glad they opened up here since I live just down the street. You guys have a lifelong customer! 🩵

I just ate at Boltiful Fresh Kitchen, a new fast food spot in the North Valley San Jose area, and I was really impressed! The place is super clean and spacious, seating both inside and outside. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment I opened the door we were greeted with a smile and hi! Boltiful Fresh Kitchen uses a similar build-your-own-bowl concept, like Panda Express and Chipotle. You start with choosing a base, select your veggies and then protein, finally top it all off with a sauce. I recommend getting and then mixing the creamy garlic sauce with a little bit of the house Boltiful spicy sauce – it’s a great combination that you can adjust to your taste. Hands down the food itself is delicious. I tried the tofu and mushrooms – perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. All in all, Boltiful Fresh Kitchen is a great addition to the fast food scene. If you enjoy customizable meals and friendly service, definitely give this place a try!

SO tasty and wonderful, wonderful service. My fiancé and I were deciding on what to eat for dinner in the Sprouts shopping center and saw that there was a new restaurant. As soon as we walked in everyone was so kind and welcoming and all of the food looked amazing. We both devoured our bowls and found everything to be so fresh and tasty. We chatted a bit with the owner who is so nice and attentive. We will definitely be back (many times)!

DELICIOUS! Found this place because we wanted something healthier and SO glad we did!! We got 2 bowls and tried the tofu, chicken teriyaki, and lemon chicken. All SO good. The workers/management are so helpful and friendly and even came over to check on/chat with us 🙂 Will definitely be coming back!!
