Ist nur relativ teuer, aber ist ist dort leider so.

Amazing selection and competitive prices. Was able to find two rare products there, and the staff was wonderfully friendly. Hope to come back here often.

Solid, kind service without being pushy. Decent selection. Liquor prices are a little higher than other places in the neighborhood. The 30% off wine by the case deals a few times a year are why we buy all our wine here. Reccomend!

The place is great other then it's off the roof prices. Good lighting and customer service isn't bad. What's bad is you can never find your favorite liquor. they don't stock it or care too. Prices is the worse part about the place most expensive in the neighborhood.

Horrible customer service from the young heavy set fellow upfront with glasses (he refused to give me his name). We always visit this neighborhood store and usually buy a specific spirit. On our last visit we were treated terribly because of a price difference. The bottle scanned at a different price than was shown on the rack and the price we always pay. I noticed it on my receipt and mentioned it to the clerk. He assured me the price on the receipt was correct. I returned to the rack that showed the lower price and bought the label to the counter as instructed by the floor clerk to ask for a price adjustment. The cashier clerk blatantly refused to honor the price adjustment and proceeded to ignore me. I asked if he needed my credit card back and he said “for what”. I explained to him that as a business he must honor the price that is advertised. Again he refused and said “that’s not how it works, we forgot to change the price label shown, we will not give you a refund for the difference”. My jaw was on the floor. How can a business we patronize treat us like this? At this point it wasn’t about the $5 but more about treating your customers respectfully and appreciating them. A sensible gentleman that also works there came over and told the young fellow to do the right thing and give us the refund. I handed him my card and he grudgingly processed the refund and slammed my card and the receipt on the counter. I asked him for his name and he refused to give it to me- another clerk chimed in and said his name is William (I doubt that’s accurate). We will never shop at this store again. One customer down and if this behavior continues I’m sure they will lose more customers in the future.

East River Wines and Liquors it's actually really great place in the heart of Spanish Harlem it is located in what was once a funeral Parliament many many years ago they've done absolutely great things to the store and the place is just phenomenal they have anything that you want to drink from pints to gallons of liquor from a little things like you know a dollar to you know some really nice money if you like to spend some I highly recommend it if you're in the area spend some time there come and spend some time in Spanish Harlem that's right this is located on 116th Street and pleasant and East River and drive that's right 116th Street between Pleasant Avenue and the East River Drive once again hit that like button continue to subscribe and thanks again have a great day bye

They need to hire better people to run the store. The young lady they have working there has a bad attitude every time I've come in and have purchased more than $40 everytime my experiences with her were rude and nasty. She doesn't like to answer questions. The guy the runs the store from time to time has been seen doing shots in the back of the store not even hiding but in plain sight.

This liquor store locaed in east harlem has a wide selection of wines and spirits. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about there wines. The reason why i give it 4 stars is because this store is not like the other stores in this area. You don't have to stand behind bulletproof glass in order to make a purchase. The prices seem a little high but its worth a visit especially for there large wine selection.
