Worst food, service, and place ever. Avoid these guys. The first time we came, they took a very long time to take our order (even though 8 of them seemed to be holding a staffing call right in the middle of a rush period) and then once they got to us to take our order, said the kitchen was closed. Not sure how they're still serving alcohol with no food options? The second time we came, similar wait time, but we at least got to order. The food took a long time to get to us and when it did it was cold and bland. Not worth even stopping by.

Great food and service , Both American food and Sushi was a nice surprise, 9th visit , had the steak and cheese fries , preferred mine with no pico, very good and different, Tyson provided great service at the bar, had sushi and gyoza, very fresh and good, didn’t like the Japanese pickles though, vegetable pizza was awesome, hope to be back soon, thank you !

Way too expensive for a small portion of salad and protein .

Still charge 20% gratuity (for take out ? I have to carry all the lunch boxes )+ 3 % surcharge + tax 9%

Our salad + salmon cost $29.32 at the end ..
And the Caesar salad w chicken costs $24.40

However, the server was friendly, the food tastes good. Just the price is crazy

I recently visited this restaurant as a hotel guest and received rude service. The food was overcooked and burnt. Very disappointed experience for a restaurant in this 5-star hotel.

I was here for a conference and stuck eating from here for the week. The evolution restaurant and buffet was good but not great. I ate the Truya Fire Maki, Dragon Maki and Ube steak sliders, everyday from their restaurant lol. Their fish wasn't all that bad nor was it fresh. Their buffet options were not vast but the food was well prepared. I was shocked at how good it was. Their steak was tender and juicy! Service was good but the ticketing time could be better and is probably better if it wasn't for the conference. Cheers

I went to this restaurant for breakfast and safe to say it wasn’t what I expected. My eggs were wrongly cooked, our server was kind but very slow especially for how little tables they had in the entire restaurant. And overall just a very unaware service experience. But I will say, the manager was super sweet, and had very kind customer service. Highly recommend meeting him
