Das Personal ist einfach ein Traum.
Egal wann ich komme oder was ich habe sie sind immer sehr nett, freundlich und haben ein Lächeln im Gesicht.
Ich hole da meist meine Pakete nur ab oder bringe welche hin, aber die Damen sind immer gut drauf selbst in Stressigen Situationen.

NICHT EMPFEHLENSWERT
Die Geschäftsleiterin ist äußerst unfreundlich.
Von ihrem Geschrei und dann sogar durch das plötzliche Auflegen des Telefonats wurde ich zum Schweigen gebracht, während ich dabei war ihr meine unschöne Situation, die durch sie verursacht worden ist, zu schildern.
Eine Entschuldigung bekam ich nicht einmal. Das man so mit seinen Kunden umgeht, wäre mir neu.

Mehrere Jahre, immer die Pakete dort hin liefern lassen, war immer Problemlos, seit Monaten nur Probleme.
Entweder ist das Paket nicht auffindbar oder man kriegt denn an den Kopf geschmissen ( obwohl man die Mail bekommen hat „Sofort“ abholbereit ) das die Mails ja selbst geschrieben werden und dass das Paket erst einen Tag später abholbereit sei.

Es ist furchtbar geworden. Dann sollten sie lieber bei ihrem Lotto und den Getränken bleiben.

Ich empfehle die bereitgestellten Packstationen.
