By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They have ties to dealerships that target undocumented immigrants, selling them cars for thousands more than the advertised price at unheard of interest rates while misrepresenting the contract. I was on auto pay and they took me off without telling me just to charge a late fee and refused to remove it although I have never been late. The “supervisor”, Griselda Rodriguez, talks over me, and when I try to speak she calls me rude and hangs up on me. I’m not sure how she has a job, but considering where she works I understand. They threaten to repossess my vehicle if not paid by a certain time, but aren’t responsive to take my payment that I technically already made and they chose not to process. Then they randomly try to take money out of my account fraudulently without my authorization. I can go on and on. I’ve never written a bad review about a company before, but this one inspired me to do so. The only somewhat normal, although still not helpful, employee is Carlos. Make sure to ask for him if you hope to get anywhere with them and not be hung up on.

Seriously the worst company to deal with. Going through a hardship and temporary unemployment due to covid, and even after sending evidence that both me and my wife tested positive, they can’t do a one month extension. It’s either you pay or you get repossession on your vehicle. And it would be cool if this was like a standard across all companies, but it’s not. Most companies have no issues with the extension especially in support of the covid 19 epidemic. I will never buy a car with them again even if it was my only option. I don’t recommend anyone using there services. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

This place is FRAUDULENT they repossessed a car because it had “no insurance “ LOL come to find out when my insurance company called them to tell them we ARE insured they had no answers and looked confused and hung up the phone. They signed a letter of guarantee to my insurance after my insurance paid them over $6,000 in exchange for the car title for an accident and tried to say they made a mistake on accepting the payment. I don’t even think these people are real!

Si pudiera elegir un 0 se los daría pero como 000000 el porque de mi opinión, porque la Señora si se puede llamar Señora es una irrespetuosa, altanera y malcriada la cual quiere hablar por encima de uno, no le da opciones a uno aún así uno mostrándole evidencia de las cosas. Cuando acá un empleado trabaja sin su supervisor? E pedido muchas veces hablar con un supervisor la cual con ella siempre tengo problemas para hablar porque esa mujer se cree madre de uno para estar gritándole por teléfono a las personas. Ya e visto varios comentarios aquí de muchas personas quejándose de la misma mujer y las oficinas no han echo nada al respecto. Mi esposo y yo estamos consciente de que si a habido ciertos atrasos en los pagos pero siempre se a pagado nunca lo hemos dejado atrasar ni 1 mes y ya rapido está mujer amenazando de una reposesion. Llevamos ya 1 año y 2 meses con el mismo problema con esa mujer. Y como le dije a ella por teléfono cuando aya un supervisor más alto que ella que se comuniquen conmigo porque con ella no quiero cruzar palabras porque yo no voy a permitir que una mujer me venga a alzar la voz como si fuera mi madre.

I alway's making my payments a head of time. they are crying about .23cent. Really Your crying about that. I am taken this one step further. i think they want to use any reason ato repo your car. my payments are alway's on time . before the due date. they are making a big deal about .23cents rude , unprofessional read the reviews before you buy

WORST SERVICE EVER ❗️ they threatened to repo my car because of insurance i got full coverage insurance and they told me they couldn’t accept any type of insurance it had to be something from their list. i never missed a payment I even paid it for 3 months and advance so my payments is all caught up. they laughed and said they didn’t care i asked to speak to the manager multiple times even asked to come inside and i was told the manager wasn’t available and they don’t have a building they even attempted to text me off of a regular cell phone saying there will be consequences if i don’t get the insurance they want me with. DONT RECOMMEND ……

Son unos bandidos unidos a autotrucks miami. Se cuadran para entregar vehículos y quitarlos por supuesto uso comercial por hacer muchas millas en el vehículo. Te quitan el vehículo y no devuelven ni 1 dolar. Esperar cobrar hasta el 3er mes El negocio redondo. Así es una mantequilla hacer dinero. Sinvergüenzas.
