Small, quaint restaurant that serves delicious Dim Sum. I couldn't get all the pictures of the food as we were eating them faster than I can get my camera app open on my phone... Chicken Feet, Har Gow, Shu Mai, Bao, Rice Noodle Rolls, and the list goes on... There's not a Dim Sum place in Palm Springs, and this is only an hour drive away. Will DEFINITELY go back on my next day off.

Great new dim sum spot. We went on a cold day. It was so delicious and warmed me up. The crystal shrimp dumplings were so good, and the Shanghai soup dumplings are beyond amazing. 10/10 recommend. The bbq pork buns were sweet and delicious, very filling. My friend ordered chicken feet and I was hesitant to try, for my first time ever I’d order this again, the sauce was so good!

This place is legit! It’s obvious the ingredients are fresh and care is taken when making the dumplings. We ordered items #1-4 and the pork dumpling soup.
A must try with whatever you order, is the house made unpretentious looking pepper oil which elevates the flavor profile of everything…

Just like Mama used to make! You can't get this type of home cooking in this area, true authentic home made dim sum? the staff was very attentive, responsive and quick, I will definitely be coming back here!

Finally a place that serves Congee, pork and preserved eggs! Anyone reading this, this porridge has a ton of flavor, so don’t get discouraged. The closest place I could get this was chino hills. I placed an order for pick up, and the lady I spoke to was nice and informative on what to order.

Food
I ordered a few things to try them out:
Ha Gow
Siu Mai
Porridge (pay Dan)
Sesame Balls
Ham Sui Gok
Shrimp Rice Roll

Overall my favorite was the porridge, shrimp roll and sesame ball. The other food was good especially in this area, but I have had these dishes other places that may make them bigger or a different style.

The place is quite big and in this plaza across the movie theater. They opened last December (3 months now) and it’s great to know that if I want dim sum there is somewhere now close by. If you haven’t tried dim sum, it isn’t the usual Chinese food, it takes skill to make different small dishes. We will see what what we order next time! Until then!
