As far as a sub store goes Jersey Mike's is above average for sure.

Good value comparatively to other similar chains and taste is probably in the top 3.

Nothing spectacular but if you want a sub Mike's is a good choice.

My co-worker asked me if i wanted a sandwich from Jersey Mike's from delivery. Admittedly, I have not heard of the franchise. My co-worker told me to check out menu and see what i want. I went for large Mike's chicken Philly.

I absolutely love cheese and as a chef and foodie, I had average to slightly low expectation based on most Philly "cheese" sandwiches I ordered from other restaurants.

So my coworker comes back with the food and i was amazed how... large it is. After few bites in, I was in heaven. I haven't eaten all day and working OT shift, that probably added the "hunger" factor. Regardless, I was thoroughly enjoying it while on break, waiting for dinner service. The sandwich was delicious. The cheese was amazing, and the amount of it was near perfect. A few of my co-workers was impressed that I had managed to eat the whole sandwich. Which of course I told them I haven't eaten all day and saying it was "Damn amazing." They know I love any food with cheese.

Jersey Mike's is now on my radar as a new customer and will try out other cheese Philly sandwiches.

The employees create a positive environment, are glad to answer questions if it’s your first time. The sandwiches are quite fresh, taste good. The wait times aren’t long either. Clean space too.

The best sandwich you can get from a chain restaurant. The service is good and the ingredients are a much higher quality.
The parking is not easy to find during lunchtime although there is ample parking.

I had the club Supreme (#9) which has turkey, roast beef and provolone. I found it to be a little on the bland side. Definitely needs something like mustard on it. Next time I'll see how the cheesesteaks are.

To be honest, third sandwich doesn't taste great. My guess is that the beef is processed beef because it doesn't taste like beef at all. I told the black guy making sandwiches that I only saved mayonnaise however he splash 2 bottles of liquid and other spices, so I guess they do what they want not what the customer asks for. I though I had a piece of paper in my sandwich but it was cheese, paper thin cheese.
Their prep area was so dirty and after every sandwich the throw away so much lettuce but the liquid from the bottles stays on the table so my sandwich is very wet in the bottom.

Not a great experience!

Once I found Jersey's Mike....togo and subways has been NO MORE!!! It's just a solid sandwich ...been consistent ALL the time.
