Overall, I had a poor experience. I paid for the investigation, which didn't get my account unsuspended (which is fine because it was not guaranteed). I then paid to have them run a campaign for me and had to remind them to enable it (a day after it was supposed to start). If I didn't remind them, I'm not sure when it would've started. The campaign runs, I request to have a meeting once in a while to give some insights on negative keywords, etc (because I was never asked once about my product or industry so I thought my insights may help). I was left on read...I'd recommend going elsewhere for suspension assistance or campaigns.

You will be paying thousands for them to essentially just do an “investigation” and submit appeals on your behalf. It’s nothing you couldn’t easily do yourself. The guy never worked at google and doesn’t have any special insight that’s worth paying for.

Don’t believe the fake reviews, look at the bad ones. Trust me and find a different agency. This business is a scam that just outsources the work of submitting appeals. Don’t waste your money…

I am a small business owner that wanted to explore growing with google. Immediately my ads account was shutdown for "unacceptable business practices". After a few failed attempts to get in touch with a real human at google, it became clear I had zero chance navigating this on my own. However, with a small advertising budget and an unproven advertising ROI I was very hesitant to spend a few thousand dollars to maybe/hopefully get unsuspended. I eventually decided to take the gamble and Daniel very quickly put my worries to rest. He knows exactly what is required and will keep fighting down the path until you get unsuspended (assuming you are not a scammer). If you are on the fence, I would say go for it. You are in good hands.
