I had an extremely frustrating experience at Popeyes due to poor management and unprofessional staff. I placed an online order at 8:58 PM for pickup. The store officially closes at 9:30 PM, so I expected no issues. I arrived at 9:15 PM, only to be told by a rude female employee that the lobby was closed and I had to go through the drive-thru (long line).

This was absolutely ridiculous because:
1. I was already inside when she told me this.
2. There were still other customers waiting inside the lobby, proving that it was NOT actually closed.
3. No prior notice was given about the early closure when I placed my order.

If the store wants to close early, they should properly communicate it instead of making up rules on the spot and treating customers poorly. The staff’s attitude was awful, and instead of helping, they were dismissive and unwilling to provide any reasonable explanation.

This is unacceptable customer service and a clear sign of bad management. If they can’t run the store properly until closing time, then they should change the hours instead of misleading customers. Avoid this location if you want reliable service!

I’ve asked for spicy but the regular & naked tenders are not that spicy, service and experience is good no complaints

Man, they never have Cajun rice. So please don't order it or you'll get white rice.

Slow but at least prepares online orders.

Mac' n cheese is hit or miss. It depends on who's cooking that day, I guess.

But +1 star for EXCELLENT portions. At least I never feel scammed by the amount of food. That's the main reason I keep coming back.

I went to Popeyes to order a chicken sandwich.(in the drive thru) I asked for the sandwich 3times and the lady asked me to raise my voice because she couldn’t hear me . I raised my voice n then she told me she was refusing my service because I was yelling at her . I explained I raised my voice  because she asked me to and she still refused me service . I went into the store and immediately started recording while I asked for the manager information. She hid in the corner and refused to give me information . While I was recording two teens came in and stole 2 racks of chicken . She then stated that I just gave her an excuse to call the cops on me and stated I was involved . I do not know the kids and only wanted my chicken sandwich. She called the cops and said I knew the kids and tried to have me arrested . After the cops determined I was not involved she said she did not want to press charges on the teens but wanted me to be trespassed . I was not trespassed because I did nothing wrong as the customer. I agreed to leave as soon as I had manager information . The cops had to gather that information as the worker still refused to provide it to me .

This location is honestly hit or miss depending whose working but since under new management sadly it seems to be going down. I love the chicken sandwich and Tuesday 2 peice deal but lately they are making constant mistakes and staff is just goofing around chatting joking and not taking orders correctly. Many times repeating yourself and many mistakes even after confirming your order. They often don't give receipt unless you ask so please check your order is correct before leaving. The interactions between employees seems tense and everyone seems lost. I've noticed alot of new people so maybe just training hurdles their facing and hopefully they will get things smoothed out. Theres always a wait so don't expect to get your food fast, be patient and kind.

I wish I was making this up. I ordered online for the $12.00 2 can dine with spicy chicken tenders and 2 sides. I have had problems with consistency with this location but this takes the cake. My delivery arrives and all that was in the bags was 4 boxes of fries. No chicken to be seen. I have tried calling their store but no answer or response. I would have rather the store call me ahead and tell me they cannot fulfill the order versus doing this.

I would give it negative stars if I could. I ordered ovver $60 of food. Didn't get half ooff the order.The mac and cheese was runny. Food was cold. When I got home and realized they had not given me hallf my order I called. I was told too bad and hung up on. When I called back no answer. Do better Popeyes do better. Won't Won't be going going back.Sad that you stole from a single mom of 4 children. Hope you needed the money.

You'll run out of gas waiting. I can't tell if there's no sense of urgency or lack of urgent preparation. Lady at the window was nice. Food usually good. But, I'll never stop by here just a sandwich again
